We would like to bring to your attention an issue that may affect the delivery times of your orders, particularly those using USPS services.
While we are still packaging and shipping out orders as fast as we always have, same and next business day, USPS delivery services have slowed down.
Alternative Option: UPS Now Available:For those with time-sensitive orders or those who prefer a more reliable shipping option, we are pleased to announce that UPS is now available as an alternative. UPS offers faster shipping services that may better suit your needs, ensuring timely delivery of your packages. We highly encourage you to select UPS as your shipping carrier for time sensitive packages. To better serve you, we will now utilize UPS for Standard flat rate and Free shipping by default, to ensure reliable service until further notice. However, please note UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so those packages will still utilize USPS services, regardless if standard/free shipping is selected.
Reason for Delay: Unfortunately, USPS is currently experiencing delays and logistical issues, particularly in Memphis, which may result in longer-than-usual delivery times and missed scans for packages. These delays are due to higher shipping volumes which are creating logistical issues at USPS that are beyond our control. USPS currently has a 78.9% on time delivery rate, well below the 96% internal goal. This means for every 100 shipments, 22 are experiencing delays.
Why We Continue to Offer USPS:Despite these delays, we have chosen to keep USPS as a shipping option (Ground Advantage and Priority) due to their lower rates, which many of our customers appreciate. We understand the importance of providing cost-effective shipping solutions and want to have various options available for all. Please note: if you choose USPS Ground Advantage or Priority as your shipping option, there is a chance of delayed delivery.

While we understand the frustration of delayed deliveries, unfortunately, there's no way we can make delivery go faster.
