Refund policy

Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are nonrefundable. They can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

The only exception is an accidental multiple purchase of the exact same product in the same order (i.e. purchasing 2 of the exact same SVGs in the same order). However, purchasing multiple formats is not eligible for a return/ exchange (i.e. you purchase a Canva template and a Photoshop template. These are 2 different items and not eligible for a refund)

Physical Products
We have a 14-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or store credit, minus shipping charges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened/unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Please note: buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must purchase their own return shipping label via their choice of shipping carrier.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@prettypartyandcrafty.com. If your return is eligible, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once received, after inspection we will process refund. Please note, if item is returned and has been used/open/not in original condition, a partial refund will be issued.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 3 days of delivery, if the item is damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), food supplies (silicone molds, cookie cutters, cake tools, etc), and digital downloads. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unused item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping. Credit for received item will cover the cost of the item only, shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By placing an order with Pretty, Party & Crafty, you agree to the following terms:

Customers must contact us directly regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Many issues, including shipping delays, tracking concerns, damaged packages, print setting questions, and digital access issues can often be resolved quickly through customer support.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed against an order that has been fulfilled, delivered, accessed, or otherwise completed according to our store policies.

Due to the nature of digital, personalized, and custom-made products, these items are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, customized, or delivered.

Carrier delays, weather delays, missed scans, and parcel locker issues do not automatically qualify an order for a chargeback.

Replacement shipments provided as a courtesy do not constitute an admission of non-delivery or fault.

Customers who file fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks will be permanently restricted from making future purchases from Pretty, Party & Crafty's website or third party platforms.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in addition to our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Service.
