PROCESSING TIME

In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. 

SHIPPING METHOD

Orders in the continental U.S. ship via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or UPS as chosen by the buyer. Standard Flat Rate and Free shipping options currently ship using USPS services. 

Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, with the exception of off shore locations (Hawaii, Alaska, US military bases, and territories) which can take up to 26 days when selecting Ground Advantage shipping. In addition, inclement weather, holiday season, logistical issues, natural disasters and war can also increase delivery time. 

As of May 1, 2024 international shipping has been discontinued, with the exception of Canada. Any additional costs associated with shipping, such as customs/duties is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note, that shown delivery times ARE NOT GUARANTEED and Pretty, Party & Crafty is not responsible for delayed deliveries/unscanned packages. Tracking is provided for all orders. Orders are not considered "lost" unless there is no scan for 5 or 30 days (depending on shipping method). However, if you have any issues please contact us via our website's contact us page, you can also contact us prior to purchase if you need a guaranteed (overnight/2day) delivery date service..

FREE SHIPPING

Please note, any free shipping offer applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and international destinations do not qualify.

PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED, NOT RECEIVED

In the event that your tracking information shows delivered, but you have not received it, try the following first:

  1. Check with everyone in your household
  2. Check with a neighbor (if safe to do so)
  3. Check with apartment/residential office to see if they are holding your package

If you are still unable to locate it, contact us at hello@prettypartyandcrafty.com. 

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us within 48 HOURS of tracking marked as delivered for us to file a claim. 

If you are outside of the 48 hour window, you must contact the carrier and initiate claim as a receiver/buyer.

Please note, refunds are not available due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers for orders that have been delivered.

INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

If you enter an incomplete address (i.e no street name), your order will automatically be cancelled and refunded on our end. You will be notified after cancellation and can repurchase.

If you only left off the apartment number, notify us immediately, as this will appear as a complete address to us. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to missing apartment number, shipping will not be refunded and customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

This policy is in place for the accuracy of deliveries and security of cardholders. Please note refunds can take 24-72 hours to process depending on your bank.

WRONG ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST

Pretty, Party & Crafty does not change shipping addresses after an order has been made. Please notify us immediately via our contact us form (as these messages are reviewed promptly) so that we may cancel and refund.

The only exception is if the updated address matches the billing address, and you reach out to us immediately before your order is processed.

This policy is in place to ensure the accuracy of deliveries and security of cardholders.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Pretty, Party & Crafty is not responsible for undeliverable shipments or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by customers.

If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, the customer will be presented with two options:

  1. Reshipment of order, buyer is responsible for new shipping costs or
  2. Partial refund, minus cost of shipping paid
