-Files are inside a ZIPPED FOLDER. To open you must unzip the folder which can be done by right clicking and selecting EXTRACT ALL on a PC or by double clicking on a MAC.

In addition, inclement weather, holiday season, natural disasters and war can also increase delivery time.
International orders ship via UPS based on carrier rates. Any additional costs associated with shipping, such as customs/duties is the responsibility of the buyer.
